    Hi

I am thinking of ordering the HP EliteBook 6930p with the following specifications:

    Processor - Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 / 2.4 GHz ( Dual-Core )
    RAM - 2 GB (installed) / 8 GB (max) - DDR2 SDRAM - 800 MHz ( 1 x 2 GB )
    Hard Drive - 160 GB - Serial ATA-300 - 5400 rpm
Operating System - Microsoft Windows Vista Business
    Screen - 14.1' TFT 1280 x 800 ( WXGA ) Ambient light sensor, anti-glare
    Graphics - Intel GMA 4500MHD

Basically, I am interested in two things

    1) Whining of the CPU. I have read in other reviews that a lot of people encountered this problem. Is there in the meantime a solution for this? As I am very sensitive to noise, I would also be curious how loud the fan is?

    2) Display quality? I have the low-resolution one, i dont know what the ambient light sensor means is that with LEDs? Can anyone comment on the display quality of it? Brightness, Contrast and angeles?

Would be the absolut favorit for me at the moment this notebook, so I hope the noise stuff is sorted in the meantime!
