What could the two devices with the exclamation mark be? And how do I find their respective driver?

Does that question mark on "Microsoft Device Association Root Enumerator" (between the two unknown devices) have any special significance?

I tried installing the ProtecTool software, but the finger print reader doesn't seem to be showing up anywhere.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

And what's with the "not charging" bit?

    I tried the following solution
    1.Disconnect AC
    2.Shutdown
    3.Remove battery
    4.Connect AC
    5.Startup
6.Under the Batteries category, right-click all of the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery listings, and select Uninstall (it’s ok if you only have 1).
    7.Shutdown
    8.Disconnect AC
    9.Insert battery
    10.Connect AC
    11.Startup
    listed here,
    and
    1. Click Start and type device in the search field, then select Device Manager .
    2. Expand the Batteries category.
    3. Under the Batteries category, right-click the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery listing, and select Uninstall .
WARNING: Do not remove the Microsoft AC Adapter driver or any other ACPI compliant driver.
    4. On the Device Manager taskbar, click Scan for hardware changes .
Alternately, select Action > Scan for hardware changes . listed here

I got rid of the first device by running swsetup > appinstal > HPsoftwareSetup.
But I still can't get rid of the exclamation mark off of the second device:
    USB\VID_13A&PID_003C&REV_0086
I figured that must be the WebCam, but the Sonix Camera Diver sp43750 from the HP website won't install. It states that "The HP Webcam has not found!" "Please plug in the HP Webcam and then run installation again". ( has instead of was)

try force-reinstalling the latest version of the Intel chipset drivers with the -overall command line flag.

have you looked in the USB and system device sections to see if anything is 'weird' there?
