HP Elitebooks: global warranty?

I'm looking at the HP Elitebook laptop range (business laptops) and wondering if they come with international warranty?

If i buy the laptop in the US it comes with "3 years warranty", but it's taking me a lot of (unsucessful) efforts to find out if this warranty is global.

This is the Elitebook range too and info on the net is even more limited!

Yes, the warranty is international for HP's business notebooks. The EliteBook gets a standard 3 year onsite global warranty coverage and the warranty service offered by HP internationally for its business notebooks is the best in the business (I have dealt with Lenovo's service and it's subpar outside the US compared to HP). The only problem that HP has is its consumer notebook service within the US, but in Australia, even the consumer notebook service is decent.

I've attached the first page of the international warranty coverage that comes with every HP notebook I've purchased in the last 5 years.

I've also included the onsite warranty statement.

 

Have you called HP to ask them about the international warranty?

 

All HP Business laptops are covered globally. I have used warranty service overseas without any hassles for US bought laptops.
