Looking for some help with this envy 13. Just bought a refurb from HP. Love the look and seems to perform well. However, HP ships the laptop with bloatware that no one needs... First thing i did when getting it home, was format and install Windows 7 Ultimate that I've had. I installed the graphics drivers from the HP website, and the dang Radeon 4330 cannot seem to enable. I get a code 43 and a yellow exclamation mark on it no matter what I try. Wanting to play my starcraft, and can't! Also, solidworks won't install, cause the intel on-board graphics card isn't good enough apparently.

    Any help?

The previous owner may have tried overclocking the GPU and killed it.

You could try uninstalling the driver in device manager by right clicking on it and select uninstall. Make sure to check the delete box. Before doing this, it should list your display adapter as Radeon 4330 with a drive by ATI. I mention this because you do not want to delete the standard VGA driver.

After this, you can try to install the new driver. Make sure you install the new driver as administrator. You right click the driver executable file and select "run as administrator."
