HP Envy Beats edition was removed from HP online store a couple of weeks ago, but now its back up. same price, same specs. What the heck is going on with the HP Envy 14?!?.. I'm losing my mind. I know i'm not the only one going crazy for a refreshed Envy 14, who else is with me?

    Like come-on already!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whats even great is that they put up on the home page " HP Envy 14 the computer of the year", and in little fine print "wired 2010"

HP needs to realize we are in 2011... sandy bridge, sandy bridge, sandy bridge, sandy bridge!!!!! And new graphics card.. And New Clickpad... And New Cool sense Tech... And new everything!!!!

However they are giving crazy 300 discount.. indication they just want to clear out last stocks?

Just ordered mine couple hours ago and got 'order declined; please call' on my email.

Possible. April was around the time they first announced the Envy 14. I think many people ordered around June/July'ish.

I really wanted to get an envy 14 with sb but I've simply been waiting too long (since November). They haven't even given customers a time table on when to expect a refresh..ridiculous. Ended up going with a Dell XPS 15 which I hope arrives soon! Definitely not as good looking as an envy but it has everything else I wanted and more..

I don't really recommend waiting. I don't see HP refreshing the envy too soon, and as with anything tech related, theres always something new just a day away. This machine is a great machine without a refresh.

Really? With all the buzz saying late April is the refresh, the sudden envy stocks being sold with huge discounts, and last year's timeline which shows that Envy was released somewhere along May. I think an update is coming.

But still. The machine is great without a refresh.

Yes indeed the HP Envy is great without the refresh, but I want today's new not yesterdays old... And I can't get over the clickpad, I really want the new synaptics series 3. Also HP needs to stop underclocking the gpu

Yep Im on the same boat. Why buy today when the new one right around the corner - it's not like you need it badly right now.

I'm just gonna order now in case they decided to remove the beats edition on the next refresh
