Its been a long time NBR! Havent posted here since i fell in love with my Envy 14. But lately while playing Rift (only this game) ive been having which seems like overheating problems.

What happens? The screen goes blank, then after a second or two the sound completely shuts off. But the notebook doesnt shut off. it just stays in this state.

Firstly, i would say i dont know how to open the case up and clean the fans, so a guide to that just in case it is the problem would be great. (yes, i did search)

has anyone else had this problem?

The service manual is the guide. You can find a link to it on the first page of the owners lounge.
