I wanted to know how the battery life has improved with the new SB models and whether there is a huge difference between the new i5's and i7's. Reviews claim about 4 and a half hours with the starting i5. I want to know how much people can expect with the new SB processor + the battery slice. Maybe up to 8 hours?
Nevertheless, it's still a huge improvement from my i7-720 that gets roughly two hours on a huge charge. =(

So just leave your laptop configuration, brightness, power setting, usage, and etc.

    Thanks

    i7-2630QM at 100%
    0% brightness
    Web surfing with some flash

4 hours 50 mins - quite a feat compared to my previous i7-740QM ENVY at 2 hours 20mins

Just a quick question, did you return your original Envy and get that as a replacement?
