    Hey there.

I have a few questions relating to my HP Envy 14.

First of all, my laptop seems to get extremely hot, mainly around the right corner of it (where the fan is located) and when playing games, even just older games like CS:S it can get "REALLY" hot. It nearly never crashes, but sometimes it does. Is it normal that it gets quite hot over there? How can I get rid of this problem? I've tried cleaning out the fans, and also tried raising it from the table using some homemade wooden stands, which didn't really seem to work. Also, these "laptop coolers" - do they actually work?

And then to my next question..

My battery life seems to be dying quite fast and usually it never lasts through a movie before I have to re-charge, even if it was fully charged - Anything?

I hope you guys got some answers for me, even though I have all these troubles - I still love this god damn machine, and I hope to have some good years with it further on ;)

    Best regards
    Chris
