    Hello Envy owners!

Its been four months since I purchased my Envy 15. I have a few questions about the Bluetooth adapter that comes with it.

... I understand that the adapter uses Bluetooth 4.0 spec. Per my knowledge, I think this is backward compatible with old 2.1 devices. But are there any known issues with 1. Quality 2.Range?

I have an old Bluetooth 2.1 headset which works perfectly with my old lappy that uses a 2.1 adapter. The same headset when used with my Envy...produces a slight hiss...and the range is extremely bad!
Anything more than 2-3ft..it looses the signal. I must always be in direct line of vision with the laptop for proper audio streaming...Is anyone experiencing the same?

Interestingly..I notice similar issues in my car (using 2.1) with a phone that uses 3.0..when audio streaming...there is lot of stutter.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks.
