A month ago I bought an HP Envy 15. I figured I'd spend the extra money and get a sweet machine. It's nice, WHEN IT WORKS- I am a creative professional and use my PC for a LIVING, and this thing blue screens VERY often when I try to get any work done. I can't send the computer off to HP- I literally can not afford to be without the pc for a week or 2. It is just not an option. The computer has ALL my work and ALL my files on it. What can I do?!? This is absolutely ridiculous. It's BSOD's 5 times in the past 20 minutes!

FYi: BIOS updated, all graphic drivers updated, everything updated. The minidump file is saying that ntoskrnl.exe is the problem:

Could be faulty RAM modules, use MEMTEST to check the integrity of the RAM modules.

BSOD is one those things that have a pretty low fix rate. MEMTEST might reveal some problems, but more oft than not it won't tell you a thing.

Returning it to HP and let them deal with it is probably the best idea. I assume you bought the refurbished model, which sometimes can give you lemons. Better replace it now before the 3 month warranty is up.
As a temporary holdover, you can always go to walmart and pick up a cheap $400 laptop. I believe they have a 30-day return period, so just return it once your Envy 15 is fixed.
