So recently my HP Envy 15 has an extremely blue tint on the screen. Thought it might've been a heat-related problem, so I left it off overnight in case it was an overheating issue, but to no avail. I've reinstalled the video drivers, but still nothing. Changed color profile to: http://forum.notebookreview.com/5990480-post2644.html, doesn't fix anything.

I'm guessing it's hardware related because there's pixel movement and artifacting. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

It's happened before but it fixed itself after a while.

Here's a screenshot of what it looks like: http://img163.imageshack.us/i/dsc0225fz.jpg/

Probably the GPU is failing or it is the screen failing. If you do see artifacts than it is more likely the GPU is going out.

Would I have to return it to HP to get it fixed? I'm not sure if I can afford the wait. Any other things I could try?
