Hey, I am considering to buy either a Dell Studio XPS 16 or a HP Envy 15, and I have a question about the HP Envy 15.
I noticed there are two versions of the HP Envy 15, one is HP Envy 15-1190eo and the other one is 15-1195eo. Is there any significant difference (or any difference at all?) between these two except that the 1195 have more RAM and a SSD? The price difference in my country is almost 1000 euro.

hey, patrick. where did you check in euro? are you purchasing online?

I love the envy 15 look and design it really rocks but I found out few problems in envy which is the heat and purplish webcam. I never used xps so not really sure about it

but for me i go for envy cuz they are sexy.

Hi Patrik! Would you mind posting more info on each model?

I had ordered the SXPS 1645 on october 18, same day the envy launched. I canceled my Dell order and got an Envy. I dont regret it.

    Hey Patrik

The two models you mention are the only two available options in Denmark also, and the only differences are as follows:

    - 1195eo = 8gb ram vs. 1190eo = 4gb ram
    - 1195eo = 410gb hd (160gb SSD + 250gb 5400rpm hd) vs. 1190eo = 320gb 7200rpm hd
    - 1195eo = blu-ray drive vs. 1190eo = dvd-drive
    - 1195eo = 6 cell + 9 cell slice battery vs. 1190eo = 6 cell battery

Otherwise they are identical. The price difference here is also huge and not worth it in my opinion.
