I have an HP Envy 17

I have had this computer for about 3 months. Last week I noticed that it began to stutter during gaming. Only for about 5-10, but the frames would drop to about 2fps and the sound would distort and crackle. It has not happened anywhere else outside of games. Videos work fine, other simple tasks are fine, but gaming it stutters. I have replicated the problem on 4 different games. I have updated my BIOS and all relevant drivers, but the issue continues. I have had endless problems with HP and would love not to have to send this thing in for repairs as they will not be able to reproduce the issue.

    Any help would e appreciated.
