    My HP Envy 14 stopped working all of a sudden . There is no charging no leds or anything . Any suggestions , common problems

    Sounds like either a power brick or Motherboard issue. Either way, it's a RMA for you. Contact HP to set one up asap.

    It looks a motherboard issue as it does not power on battery

    IMAG0067-1.jpg The problem was with the Battery connector board p/n 617265-001 but on the part it is marked as 6050A2316301-Charge-A02 . I ordered 6050A2316301-Charge-A03 .

    Just for the log , i changed part number p/n 617265-001 aka 6050A2316301-Charge-A02 (Green PCB) with 6050A2316301-Charge-A03 (Blue PCB , higher vs chip ) and the laptop is back to normal

    Hi all, I've got the same problem, and I am planning to buy a new one, but first I will cleaning up all contact, because sometimes there is some missing connection between the power board to the motherboard
