I just got a HP DV2000 notebook with Vista Home Premium along with the TV Tuner express card. Since Vista won't work with my video editing software (Avid) and some others, I have to dual boot this machine with XP Pro. The problem is that HP's QuickPlay software for XP does not support a TV Tuner. Is there a thirdy party software or another solution to use this HP TV Tuner on XP Pro? Thanks for your help.

It works with more than just QuickPlay. In fact, I never use QP. I just use Windows Media Center.
Although, yeah, Media Center isn't in XPpro, SOOO...
Perhaps you can use quickplay or media center to record your material, then access the recordings using your editing software while running under XP.

But, basically, any xp program that can work with a tuner, should work just fine with the tuner. I've only used a total of three programs with it. Media Center, QuickPlay, Media Player Classic.
