    Hi,

Im running a HP G6 with Radeon 1 GB dedicated graphics. It just isnt picking the dedicated memory for Furmark and AC2 etc games. Read about the BIOS upgrade HP is doing for some laptops, but nothing for Pavilion G series. I mean, whats the point of buying a expensive good new laptop (purchased a week back) and having to deal with all this? Any ideas whats the solution?

    Thanks
    N

Furmark does not utilize the memory only the GPU itself... try Unigine's Heaven.

Furmark isnt using the GPU for OpenGL Rendering. Its using Intel.

HP recently brought out a BIOS upgrade since their laptops with dynamic switching arent using the GPU for OpenGL. Nothing for G-series, sadly.
