After loosen the two captive screws that secure the service access cover to the notebook, I find it very difficult to remove the service access cover. Any suggestion for how and what to use to remove the cover ?

    Thanks

You have to bend and pull the cover off quickly to avoid breaking the small plastic tabs holding the cover in place.
