I have been trying unsuccessfully to obtain a balanced review for the HP G60-118EM laptop, can anybody out there help please?

I am looking for a budget laptop with decent Ram (2 or 3 GB), decent hardrive space (160GB - 250GB) and most importantly reliable.

For use with Microsoft office, downloading photographs (maybe use Adobe photoshop), downloading and using educational software for kids and casual use only, nothing to complex or graphical.

Would also consider any other recommendations with similar spec, CD/DVD RW, UB ports, card reader, webcam etc etc

Would really appreciate any help as looking to make a purchase this week.

    Thanks

As the G60 is so new, I have not found any real reviews of it on the net. I find this unit interesting as well, but they need to ratchet down the price a tad. It has none of the extra features of it's size sibling DV6T, but is priced more.
