I just bought a G60T that will be delivered on Tuesday. I used to have an HP DV5z that I really liked but sold late last year because it just ran too hot. I'm giving HP another chance however.

The configuration of the G60T laptop I bought is the following: Intel Core 2 Duo T6400 2.0 Mhz, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator MHD, 2 GB memory (I'm going to upgrade to 4 GB on arrival), 320 GB hard drive, 15.6" Brightview screen but no webcam, Lightscribe DVD, wireless G, 6 cell battery, Vista Basic 32 bit.

It was bought from reliable eBay seller (unopened factory box) for $489 (I had a 10% off Paypal coupon). I think I got a good deal.

I just want to know if any of you have any experience with this laptop? Do you like it or not? Is there anything I need to be aware of as I start to use it?

I mostly do web surfing, word processing, photo editing, light video editing and occasionally some easy going games such as Bejeweled. This laptop should be OK for those I think...any feedback or reviews of this laptop would be helpful. I usually buy Dell so HP is relatively new to me...
