Within two weeks of getting this laptop, the keys on the keyboard began losing their black color like it was rubbing off. HP customer service was no help, despite having one of HP's top sales reps who handles multi-million dollar accounts on the call with me. I pose two questions to the honorable notebook review members:
Why are the keys losing their color?
Why doesn't HP send a new one under warranty?
A search on Google and this site yielded no results, but my apologies if this is a known issue. Thanks in advance.

Here's some pics...
I hope you can see the white-grayish discoloring on the keys from these pics. I can't figure out why the keys are discoloring like this, can anybody think of a theory? -
I'll take wild theories at this point. Anything really. Wild theory bump.
Is the white paint for the key lettering leaking around the keys? Just a thought. -
I'd love to hear other HP laptop owner opinions or just opinions in general. Thanks.

The only thing that I could think of with that would be dead skin rubbing off your fingers onto the keys and getting stuck on there due to natural oils in the skin.
