    HP G65(129) series keyboard help

    I usually post in the Dell forums but buddy gave me a HP to look at for him. Daughter spilled a small amount of juice on the keyboard and he was able to get it up pretty quick. Issue is now the following keys all in one area don't work...A,Q,W,E,S,R, and the caps lock key. I took the keyboard out and blew it out with compressed air and let it dry. There was not much liquid if any in there and none made it past the keyboard from the looks of it.The keys still don't work or register on system but all others do.
    If I replace just the keyboard is it possible that it will clear this up or is he looking at new board? 15.00 shipped for a new oem one off Ebay is a bunch cheaper than a board.
