    Hello guys,

I got an HP G72 a20SO and I tried to perform a full recovery but the setup wont start. It seems that the access to load the setup is corrupted or something. I tried with ubuntu and saw that all the files are there, but I don't know how to make it work again.

I doesn't work with F11 key when powering up neither I can load windows. How can I solve this?

Thank you very much for your help and advices,

    BillXT

Did you burn a backup copy of the system recovery discs? If not, you can order or request a recovery disc set from HP Support for a small fee.

if you are technically ambitious you can try the boot and repair utilities Hiren's BootCD 12.0 - HTTP Download , and see if you can launch the recovery partition from it.
