    Hi everyone,
I have had this laptop since around March. If I have the IDT driver installed, within a week it will seem to deteriorate and crackling and popping occur even when I'm not playing any audio.

I am thinking of returning it if this can't be resolved. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Yes I've tried Vista and Windows 7 drivers alike (I have Win7 RC installed).

PS: I've also had other problems, such as the keyboard putting dirt on to the screen; keys becoming unresponsive or popping up from their sockets; media remote not working; not to mention the glossy screen becoming very hard to use in any well lit environment)
