    HP HDX x16 1300 series treble/bass touch feature not working

    i just bought a new laptop, it's a hdx x16-1354CA HP laptop and it comes with a touch screen button that lets you modify the treble/bass by touch, and it was working fine for a while and all of a sudden it stopped working.

    it's not that big of a deal but i still want it to work :)

    does anyone know how i can fix this?

    I'm guessing windows updated it for you, and the updated versions don't always work. Go to the HP site and check the quicktouch version against what you have installed.
