hi,
i bought a HP 6730b with vista preinstalled, but i was sick of all the preinstalled software which came with it, so i made a clean vista business install.
i remember, when i pressed the "HP Infocenter" touchbutton, there were a lot of options there - HP 3d driveguard, help and support, wireless asistant; battery check, health check, software update, bios settings and so on...
(the first three are now there)
and now, after the clean install, i installed all the important drivers and software from the official site i found usefull - i didn't install those drivers under the BIOS category, and i installed just one from security category - 3d driveguard.
(i can see the bios conf is under that category, but i'd have to install hp protecttools, and they annoy me, with all those credential and other thrash)
i have battery and health check installed and they don't show up in the HP infocenter
how can i make all those appear? is there a certain order of instalation to make it happen? (maybe i should install the quicklaunch buttons and infocenter software BEFORE i install the ones that should appear there :/)
tnx all

i'll try to reinstall hp active support, since battery and health check are located there..
EDIT: nope, had no effect :/
