After being disappointed with the support I got, I wanted to post feedback at Hewlett-Packard Support Services
    Customer Feedback Survey
, based on the "YOUR OPINION MATTERS" form that I received. I tried to do it less than 48 hours after I received the laptop back from unsuccessful repair, using the code supplied. I was extremely disappointed and angered by a message saying that my code EXPIRED!. Is this the HP idea of a joke? Less than 2 days after receipt (I need some time to check, no?). And there is no way to do anything about it - no email, no phone, nothing. Walls! This is TERRIBLE!!! service.

Anyone has some "HP ombudsman" email?

NEVER and HP product again unless this issue is settled.

My experience with HP has been very very good!
Call them up (customer service) and let 'em know about it. Ask them for some compensation, and I am sure that they can also help you with the Code being expired and all.
