    With the Current Bios - F11

    What DDR400 memmory modules have you gotten to work and run at 200mhz, and what CAS settings?

    Yes, but its PC3200, there is no PC4000 for DDR1 unless your talking about performance sodimms. I havnt seen any of thoes either...
    mines only running at CAS 3, but im waiting for someone else to get it to determine if its my stick or the motherboard thats making it run at 3.

    I origionally had a crucial stick running at 200mhz with cas 3
