    I was wondering if Hp charges like 15% restocking fee if I decide to return a laptop within their 30 (or 21) days return guarantee. Also who will pay for the return shipping of the laptop to HP

    say laptop overheat 99c and shutdown + random bsod

    bad build quality with many loose pieces

    they will give you a prepaid label and 100% refund

    I just don't want to get a laptop from HP with PWM, coils whines, dead pixels etc. I don't think they will understand what it is or accept that these "little things" are defects and will give me a full refund. I don't want to lose $ 200 - $ 300 as fees.

    what if they check it if this is true and then return it to me without refund?

    I just want make it sure what will happend if I gonna buy laptop from their site online.
    And later I'll find something what I don't like...
