    Hello,

Its a confusing world out there. Installing Windows XP on any HP laptops that come pre-installed with Windows Vista has proven to be a partly successful affair for me, at least. Either one or more devices are left malfunctioning or without any drivers.

I want to have a list of all HP laptops without(DOS) or with Windows either from the Business Series or Entertainment series "Pavillion" that can run Windows XP with all drivers as published on HP website.

I would appreciate any guidance or help in this regard.

    Thanks.

Rather than getting incomplete 'piecemeal' information from various posters, your best best is to go directly to the HP website, and take some time to look at all of the laptops/notebooks to see which ones offer XP, (particularly since the information changes so frequently, that any info given by a poster could be out-of-date by the time you buy). Yes, it may take some time, but I've done it, and it's not that bad. And the good news is that you always learn a lot about these systems along the way.

PS And while you're at it, check the discount coupons on the HP site as well -- they change frequently too, and you might be able to get a nifty discount that you otherwise wouldn't have been able to get. . .
