First, I desperately need a copy of the warranty (the booklet or page that came with the laptop) if anyone can help me by sending me a copy of theirs. Hopefully someone can scan it for me since HP refuses to give it to me!

Second, has anyone else out there experienced ANY problems with their Livestrong HP laptop (L2000/L2005)? battery overheating, AC cord not working properly, running extremely hot?

My AC cord had problems where it connects to the laptop and the connection was faulty, then the cord where it meets the connector tip caught fire, with lots 'o smoke, and melted off.

Any and all comments appreciated & needed.
    THANKS!
