The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi All,

    I have a Vista 64 tx2500 and have just noticed that the new tx2z has the MediaSmart software on it. Is there a place where I can download the MediaSmart software? Is this the same software that is found on the new TouchSmart IQ500t? I have contacted HP Support and have been crawling the web and various forums but no luck yet. Thanks to anyone that has any clues.
