Hey guys, I have a HP Mini 1030NR which I got as a present, I already have my own MSI Wind u100 which I absolutely love.

Anyways, the HP has a 16GB SSD and I wanted to know if I could swap that with a 60GB 2.5" HDD I have laying around?

would this be a direct swap? how do I go about cloning the SSD first and then restoring that onto the HDD?

I also have a 2.5" HDD enclosure I could use for the cloning...

Any help would be greatly appreciated with this!

No. 2.5" won't work it only accepts 1.8" drives.

    damm...

my plan was to get a 500GB hdd off newegg for like $100 and then install that into my wind, and use the 160gb hdd thats in my wind for my PS3 which has a 60GB, and then use that 60GB hdd for the hp....

i guess all that could now go down the toilet...
