I am having trouble getting my mini to boot up. When I press the power button the HP splash screen pops up and then goes black with a blinking cursor at the top left corner. When I press the button for the light weight os, it gives me an error:
I have tried to re-install the bios but the bios update needs to be run from windows which I cannot access, I have tried re-seating the CMOS battery, and tried to get it go into recovery mode with no results.

Thanks for your time and help.

update: I have also tried the UFEI diagnostic on a flashdrive and hit at the splash sceen to select the flash drive and it states :
update 2: Went ahead and just re-formatted the darn thing. Had to use minixp to wipe the drive and all its partitions but all seems to be working fine now. Except now that I have installed win 7 Pro I do not have quickweb anymore. Anyone know how to fix this? I have downloaded the quickweb from HP's website and installed it; it created a new partition but I still can't get into it at boot.
