Price is a little high, but it will be the best netbook out there, plus it runs Vista.

Vista eh? I'd rather be running XP on a machine with those spec's.

The Mini 1000 and the 2140 look very similar, trying to identify the differences. Very nice looking machines though, best looking out of all the current netbooks IMHO.

Its a shame they only have a 3 cell battery, but that would definetly be a reason they are so small and compact.

The 2140 has options for a six cell, it can get up to 7 hours of battery life.

The Mini 1000 has a different type of Li-Poly battery so its not a straight fit. HP will have to make a separate 6-cell for that model.
