    Hi,
My HP nc6400's mute volume buttons do not preserve its state when resuming from a standby, hibernation or after a restart. Here's the scenario:
    1. Press mute button, orange light comes up and volume is muted.
    2. Puts notebook into standby.
    3. Resumes from standby. Mute button no longer lights up, but volume is still muted.
    4. Press mute button again and orange light comes up and volume is unmuted.

Now, as you can see, the mute button lights up when the volume is unmuted rather than the other way around. I'm wondering if there are any known fixes for this? It happens in the nc8430 and nx8420 too, so I'm presuming it happens for all models across the range.
