I sent in my dv2000t on Monday, October 22nd and they received it on the 23rd. A few days later, I checked the tracking link they provided me with and it said expected delivery date was October 31st. That was a week ago. And even the 9th business day was November 5th. I've contacted them but have received no answer yet.

Has anyone waited longer than 9 business days for a turnaround? Has anyone waited a lot longer than they expected?

So the tracking # said to expect delivery on the 31st and it's still not there? What does the tracking # say about your package? Where is it?

Maybe you should call the courier and see what the status of your package is. Right now it's really out of HP's hands, so the better question should be "xxx courier transit time"

There is no tracking number because it's still in HP's possession. The page that said expected delivery date was 10/31/07 was a page on HP's site that has my product repair status... which there is none (just date they received it and expected delivery date).
