    Thats cause the cpu is heating all u have to do is repaste cpu with a good thermal paste and then undervolt it simple.

    I don't hear anything that sounds like a squeak.. are you talking about the high pitched whistling noise? That sounds like the fans and, if anything, the bearings in the right fan may be bad. I would talk to HP tech support about replacing the fans. A repaste to the CPU and undervolt isn't going to fix that.
