I was unable to find any threads devoted to this notebook so I started this one.

Please post your stable undervolts, gpu overclocks, temps and any general tips, mods and tweaks.

These are the tweaks I've found so far:

From what I've read some people have been able to get -0.145 undervolt and overclock the gtx 1050ti to +225 to core and +800 mem.

I undervolted at -0.140 and I'm completely stable with significantly reduced temps.( It was prime and furmark stable but crashed in games, I'm now at -0.125)

Apparently some people have been able to set the display refresh rate to 100hz with CRU but it didn't work for me. I tried several times and the best I could get was 61hz at 62 the screen was garbled and at 65 it was garbled and only took up the top third of the screen, anything above and it was a black screen with the occasional blue dot. He must have a different panel than CMN15D3.

Supposedly the Microsoft precision touchpad drivers work better but I've yet to try them out.

Chi Mei CMN15D3, ICC Color profiles:
Apparently the Acer nitro 5 AN515-51 has the same panel. I think the Acer profile looks better.

It seems the backlight bleed is pretty bad on this model. Mine is bad near the hinges and the top left hand side. Please let us know if you have any fixes?

Not sure if I would do the re-paste again.

I used mx-4, It definitely knocked a few degrees off the gpu but it seems like the cpu has gained a few.

I re-pasted a second time and slightly bent the tension bars, which is dangerous as it might put to much tension on the cpu/gpu and my temps improved but I think the cpu is still higher.

Hopefully temps will get better with time. If I did it again I would clean the gpu memory chips prior to reapplying the thermal pads because they picked up dust while I was re-pasting.
