Hey guys, my current repair job with HP is on hold according to the site and of course since its Sunday, I have to wait until my case manager comes in on Monday to tell me why its being held up. I was wondering if there was anyway I could find out for myself why HP is trying to contact me.
NOTE: This is an Escalated Third Service repair. Maybe they need to tell me that they're going to replace my notebook?![]()
