Has anyone had problems getting the money owed to them under the HP part exchange scheme? HP have had my old laptop since 17th July (over 7 weeks ago). After much chasing I finally got an email on 16th August saying my claim had been processed and validated and the money owed to me (£115) would be with me shortly. Nothing was received and further chasing resulted in promises that I would get the money by the end August. I have still not received the money and they have now stopped replying to my e-mails. The last e-mail rather ominously said there had been a delay in receiving funds from HP. Who are PC Part Exchange.co.uk? They sign themselves HP but are they sub contractors. Are they about to go bankrupt? Will I ever see my money? Does anyone know what the story is here?

Those share same contact info, looks like it's a promotion made by Opia for HP. I might be wrong tho, but it looks like that :)

    Opia

"Please contact our Customer Services Department with all queries relating to the promotion.

    Email: [email protected]

    Telephone: 0845 05 15 121

Local call rates apply, lines open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm."

Same number on both sites, try calling them?
