Man are they slow or what?? I ordered a dv9500t CTO and I didn't include the 2nd hard drive because of the price (You can get it cheaper elsewhere). I ordered another drive (which tracking tells me I'll get tomorrow) from another vendor and when I checked HP's tracking it shows that the part isn't even sent yet.... What's the hold up HP?! They must have gotten ripped off by some credit card scam because it seems to me they don't ship any product until they've had your money at least a week (or more). My laptop took 2 weeks from order to deliver date, and it looks like the parts division is equally stupid. Argh!!! (sorry had to vent).

I want to dual boot with xp and vista, I suppose its not really an issue since I'm also waiting on compusa to send the vista anywhere dvd. I guess its a life lesson in patience, but its frustrating :(

Was the drive caddy in stock when you ordered it?

Ya I ordered the drive caddy and adapter and it was in stock, or so their site said at the time i ordered it. Nobody to blame but myself, its just funny how HP takes 2 weeks to get it done. No biggie, I'll just wait but I was curious if anybody else had the same 2 week results/wait from HP.

I got the parts on ebay, but my point is, HP is selling this model of notebook in Canada, They should carry all the parts of this model for the customers, if HP do not carry some of the parts of this model, HP should stop selling this model's notebook ( DV9310ca ).
