    HP Pavilion - Trouble with CD reader

    The CD reader of my 3-year-old zd7168cl has become intermittent. It will read many CDs, but completely ignore others which work in my other computer. Does it need cleaning, a new driver, replacement?

    If replacement, what's the part number?
