    Hello guys just wondering some things or I'm still confused about this specification or laptop and just freshly bought the laptop. New here so sorry if my post is wrong please move mods if there's necessary requirements or anything about

    Just wondering why my Dxdiag's display tab shows the INTEL GRAPHICS HD or I'm using the INTEL GRAPHICS HD but I have GF740M. Okay they said it's nvidia optimus that switches my GPU automatically when gaming, browsing, streaming etc, so I play DotA 2 and it's lag with ULTRA LOW SETTINGS. Seriously not joking guys. It's smooth when there's not event happening, when creepings, laning phase, my fps is 15-25. When team fights it's dropped to 10-15. I think the optimus is not working on my laptop. Or my laptop did not meet the system requirements even its minimum? Or there's a problem about my laptop.

    GeForce 740M
    4Gb Ram
    Windows 8.1

    Anyone how to fix the lag, or anything. Can I set NVIDIA as my default GPU?
