    About the laptop:
Processor: Intel core 2 Duo 2.0 ghz
    RAM:4GB
    GPU: nVidia GeForce GT9200

    Problem detail:
-The fan makes strange clicking noise at some point and stops
-It also makes a care noise when the driver give more fuel while driving, or a car going up the hill, lol, but with fast frequency of veee veee veee
-Keeps quiet after some point or when the PC heat increases or when the fan spins faster
-Temprature is not bad while 13 tabs and 3 photoshop files are open this is the temprature visible. GPU: 48 HDD: 48 Processor (Core 0 and Core 1) : 35 to 50 but the fan can make the disturbing noise.

    Measures taken:
    - I had problem a while back and I found out that is it dust problem and I disassembled it and cleaned the dust. However, the noise started in a new way as compared to the dust.
-I recently opened and applied an oil from car as I couldn't find fan oil to do away with the noise but the sound was still there.

I really need help on this.

    Thanks!

It might get better as it start to properly spin. But the disturbing noise comes when it is not that hot. I am also hearing a clicking noise now.

On my older DV9774ca after one year old it started to make a fan noise like something stuck inside it rubbing. But it was clear. And no dust. The way I described it was like when kids put cardboard in bicycle spokes so it clacks as they ride and sounds like a motorbike, my fan sounded like that, on a lower scale though. It only does it when first booted or running cold. the fan at its slowest speed, its quite audible and annoying. Not very loud, but definately audible. As the fan speeds up with higher temps then the weird noise disapears, never gets faster with the fan, just comes back when its cold and slowest fan speed. I ignore it...and it hasn't gone away now for around three years now! Hasn't gotten any worse either.
Its got to be something inside the fan motor.

My problem is just like Nilst. I heard it is a lubricant problem but I couldn't find one. So, I will by a new one found here.

Nilst, you can find a fan replacement for your laptop here.
