    Hello guys,

I just downloaded MW3 on Steam and noticed right away it wasn't running right on my laptop. In single player and online, the game just lags and fps drops when a move my mouse, even on the lowest settings. My laptop should be running this game fine, it handles my other Steam games: Bioshock, Half-Life 2, FEAR 2, Mass Effect 2 at high settings.

I have not upgraded my my GPU driver since I bought this laptop 10 months ago. Actually, I'm unsure if I'm even able to since its the ATi/Intel switchable...?

Any you guys having issues running MW3 on your HP? Whats going on? Does/can I update the GPU driver?

    Here's my specs:

    HP Pavilion Dv6t-CTO
    Intel i5 460M CPU
    8GB DDR3 Memory
1GB ATi Mobile Radeon 5650 GPU
    Windows 7 64x

    Thanks!

yeah check out the driver page for your laptop and update the BIOS which allows manual switching. also definitely get the new graphics drivers as they are the best drivers currently available all around of the laptop in terms of performance and stability IMO
