    Hello. Sometimes on my laptop, under heavy loads in graphic applications, the GPU turns on the power limit of 30 watts. This is regardless of temperature. If you look at the indicators in hwinfo, you can see that the power and thermal limit are activated. This behavior is similar to turning off charging. On the GPU, the same limits are activated. But this is not quite the same, since the performance of the processor is not limited. Has anyone encountered such a problem?
