I came across this laptop on Amazon and the specs seem great as far as a well-built, portable, light gamer. However, I can't seem to find much information or reviews on the model no matter where I look.

Does anyone know how to decode the model number? What more popular models it's similar to? Why is it not mentioned anywhere except a few sites where it's being/used to be sold (without any feedback)?

I want to purchase ASAP, but hesitant because of this...

The chassis is the same - the storage and screen are different. It's as close as you can get.

I think the one I linked has an IPS screen. It seems to be the best overall match I've found for my uses on Amazon. What do you think? (since I found no reviews on the thing)

Well - the review above covers you with the exception of the screen - everything else is the same.

    Appreciate it.

Well it's more of a spec review - I hoped to get multiple buyer feedback. But it seems pretty good so hopefully all well.

No it doesn't. It has a SVA screen. SVA means standard viewing angle.
