    HP Pavilion ZD8369ea Problem ?

    Hello Everyone

    Firstly, im new here so i hope im posting in the right area.

    Well where do i start, My brother purchased a HP Pavilion ZD8369ea about 3 years ago, Extremely good laptop from what i gathered, However it 'broke' about a year ago, and has been given to me, However the problem i hope isnt serious.


    Anyhow, The problem i have with this laptop is that it wont boot up, it wont even turn on, Ive purchased a brand new HP Pavilion Charger Which is the right number ( ), And this hasent helped at all, The LED Light to indicated that AC Power Source is connected will not light up, So from that ive gathered it isnt a serious problem on the motherboard or is it ??, Ive read that HP Pavilions are prone to a Power Jack Problem, And taking appart this laptop is an absolute mission that i realiy dont want to risk unless its nessicary, I have some technical knowledge, But not enough to know exactly whats up with it, Does anyone here have any suggestions, Or can anyone help me out, Or maybe someone who has had this problem with there laptop ??
