    Hello all

Yesterday turned my laptop on and got the message that Windows could not start up and it went through the whole diagnostic thing

In the end it started to work but then the screen went on me. The display is on but its completely garbled. See below for a picture.
I'm not sure if its a software issue, inverter or screen and advice would be welcome. Have tried system restore but no improvement.
