I am completely and utterly dissatisfied with HP. My laptop has had numerous problems such as the speakers just not working, one time the computer would not turn on at all, and I just got it back from having my whole hardrive fixed because it went bad. And the HP 3210 photosmart printer is a joke. It keeps saying its out of paper when it has paper and just totally isn't working. I've had so many problems with HP and would never support them or their products. And when I did receive my computer back the Geek squad at best buy didn't even put Windows XP back on, and I bought the computer with everything already installed. HP does not have quality material

Same thing I was wondering about the notebook. As for the printer, I didn't have much luck with a cheapo HP printer either, it died 2 days after warranty expired. We got a Lexmark and haven't had any problems.
